Where do your products come from?

We have warehouses globally that practice socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. We ship worldwide and will ship from the closest warehouse to your country. 

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Our products ship from several warehouses around the world and we ship many products worldwide each week and have many happy customers all over.

What is your shipping policy?

Our standard shipping time is 10-25 business days, depending on the product.Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@babyonbeverly.com

What is your return policy

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. You may return an item for any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase and within 14 days from the date of delivery.We highly recommend trying on and check sizing before washing. We cannot accept returns of washed items.An item can be returned if in it is unused, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags. 


 Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment. 


 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for returns. 


 Proof of purchase is required for items to be eligible for return.If you received the item as a gift, please send us the buyer full name so we can track the order and act as proof of order.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@babyonbeverly.com

Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

Right now we're able to show dozens of global currencies to give you a sense of how our prices convert into other currencies. We're working to implement new payment systems that will allow us to accept not only different currencies, but also dozens of different regional payment systems. So while the content of your cart may currently be displayed in your local currency, the Gem Stores process all orders in USD at the most current exchange rate.

I received only part of the items I ordered 

Since we have different warehouses globally not all products are shipped from the same warehouse and it's possible your order will be splitinto different packages.

Can I pay in my own currency?

All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.

Package lost in transit?


Baby On Beverly is happy to send you a replacement in case your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered. It does not happen often, but if it does we will file a claim with USPS and replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. Can I combine the discount for one order? Discounts cannot be combined. One discount code will work at a time for one order.

I did not receive an order confirmation email but my card was charged?

There's some incidences that you order is not placed successfully due to billing error or banking system connection error. You may see a pending charge appear on your payment account. If you have placed the order successfully you WILL receive an order confirmation email from us. (Please double check the mailbox in case the email is forwarded to junk mail or make sure a correct email address is submitted). If the order has not gone through the pending charge will not be posted to your account and will be cleared within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing time. In this case, you may resume your shopping cart to resubmit the order. If the error is caused by browser please try to switch to a different browser or device to resubmit the order.
